•• Coconut Curry 🍛 Obento ••

There is one quote that these days is stuck in my mind, and is “We are what we eat” (by Ludwig Feuerbach).

This is something that I heard almost every day while I was a University student, is in all the food book that I have at home, and nowadays I feel it has become more true than ever.

From what I eat for breakfast in the morning to what I snack during the day, my mood change. Yes, I am definitely a lunatic person, but if I just pay a bit more attention to what I put in my body, I truly feel the difference.
Am I getting old? 👵

Also, this thought comes out in a moment of my life where what I eat is not just metabolized by my body, but also by little Haru-chan. (Yep, I am just breastfeeding and super happy about it)

But omg is so hard! And is not difficult because I am a mum or I am crazy busy but is the opposite: I am pretty lazy!

So, another goal of this year will be to take more care of what I buy and what I eat.
(sorry for this thought but if I write it publicly I feel more motivated to respect it).

Today’s Obento: cream coconut curry (made just with coconut milk three spoons of @kokorocares curry powder enrich with Apple from Aomori) and tons of veggies (spinach, potato, carrots, celery, and Chinese cabbage), rice with black sesame, and salt!
