Inari sushi 🍣

I absolutely love putting these in my bento boxes 🍱, they make such a great lunch and fun to decorate. Inari sushi are deep fried tofu pockets that are filled with sushi rice. You would have likely eaten one upside down if you ordered a sushi platter! You can buy inari in most asian supermarkets.

🌱 Method 🌱
Cook your sushi rice beforehand and let it cool down. Slowly open the inari and put a bowl of sushi rice into the pocket. I added a thin layer of @kewpieusa mayonnaise as ontop too. (My inari was really long! So I folded the top part down).

🌱 Fillings 🌱
🦐 Coldwater prawns + edamame
🍳 Sliced egg, cucumber + chives
☘ Wakame seaweed + radishes

So so sooooo delicious ❤
