RECIPE OF ATSUYAKI TAMAGO/åçŒãåµð

â¶ïž 1 Egg ð¥
â¶ïž 1 Table Spoon of Sugar
â¶ïž a pinch of Salt
â¶ïž Cooking oil
Honestly, you only need 2 ingredients, egg & sugar.
â ïžYou can make it with a pan
but I highly recommend to have
a âtamagoyaki (omelette) panâ or squared pan.
You can get on Amazon for sure,
or maybe at DAISO @daiso_usa
âšRecipeâš
1. Gently mix the eggs in a bowl using chopsticks.
2. Add sugar into mixed egg and whisk gently.
3. Heat the pan over a medium high heat,
add oil to the pan and remove any extra oil
with a folded paper towel.
See if the pan is hot enough
by dripping a little bit of the egg mixture
from your chopsticks.
4. Pour a thin layer of the egg mixture into the pan
and move it around to cover the pan.
5. When the bottom of the egg is set but
the top is still soft, start rolling it into a log shape
from the front side of the pan to the back.
6. Add oil to the pan with a paper towel
and pour in more egg mixture .
Make sure to lift the previously rolled omelet
to spread the egg mixture underneath it.
7. Repeat it until mixed egg is gone.
8. After you pour the last mixed egg to the pan
and finish rolling, let it sit until the surface
gets brown-ish.
9. Doneâš Cut ut the omelet into slices.
