A day to look back and see where you are now and where you wanted to be.
Sometimes goals change because of things that we can’t control and that’s not necessarily a bad thing. Sometimes the change that seeps into our daily lives turns out to be the best thing for us to get where we want to be. Hopefully, we are learning as we continue on this journey called life and understand change is constant. 🤷♂️🤷♀️
Take some time to be with Yourself and see where you’re at. Write some new goals down to help you to get back on track or further forward to where you want to be. 🎐

今日は「自分の人生を評価する日」です🤓。
今の自分と、なりたかった自分を振り返る日です。
自分ではコントロールできないことで目標が変わることがありますが、それは必ずしも悪いことではありません。日々の生活に染み込んだ変化が、結果的に自分のなりたい場所に行くための最良の手段になることもあります。願わくば、人生という旅を続ける中で学び、変化が絶えないことを理解したいものです。🤷♂️🤷♀️
自分自身と向き合う時間を持ち、自分の位置を確認しましょう。新しい目標を書き出すことで、自分がなりたい場所に向かって軌道修正したり、さらに前進したりすることができます。🎐
