✨ LAWSONS SAILOR MOON SNACK REVIEW ✨
Many of you probably saw my (super long) story with the taste test of these sailor moon snack size custards. In case you missed it here are some key points:

This year, the Sailor Moon franchise released a movie for the first time in 26 years! The last one was Sailor Moon SuperS, and this one is a two part film called Sailor Moon Eternal. This is considered to be a fourth season for the Sailor Moon Crystal series.

There is a pop up cafe here in Okinawa that runs until February 28th. I’m going to try and go ASAP but since eating indoors isnt allowed so I have to do some research if I can get some stuff to-go 😎

According to the translated caption of the official Lawson’s post – this dessert is a custard pudding. There was a layer of super liquidy syrup on the bottom that smelled and tasted like maple syrup.

The artwork on the label is the original costume design for the sailor scouts and is a removable sticker that you can collect.

I think that it tasted pretty okay! It’s clearly not the best dessert ever but it’s tasty, and since I was a huge Sailor Moon fan growing up, it was really fun to get a themed treat!!
