John Davis known as The Cheese Guy in Okinawa, was born in England and have lived in Japan continuously since 1976. He felt love for the Japanese cuisine ever since he’s first step in Japan.
He move from Hokkaido to Okinawa and immediately found one missing thing. There was no cheese!
With his knowledge from his younger years, he then find a way to make amazing cheese in Okinawa, which is a perfect location. Combining local ingredients and the culture of Okinawa. Friends, local bars and hotels started to ask for more cheese and then he eventually found a dairy farmer partner, The Cheese Guy became a fully equipped cheese factory on the Oyadomari Bokujo in #Ozato, #Nanjoshi, #Okinawa.
