It’s not easy to maintain a smile amid the hustle and bustle of the food service industry, but this girl does it with ease. Her honest smile reflects the professionalism she maintains even on the busiest of days. It reminds me of Jake’s statements in Training Day about smiles and cries – you have to control your smiles and cries because that is all you have and no one can take that away from you. As someone who has worked in the food service industry, I realize how important it is to keep a cheerful attitude no matter what. This young lady is a fantastic example of how to do things correctly.
