As my time was getting close to leaving the beautiful island of Okinawa, Japan. I wanted to go back and revisit some of the places I had been too and take some beautiful pictures to keep as memories. These pictures were never meant to be shared on my social media accounts. As I edited them the more I realized they were more than some pictures. They had a story to tell and as a storyteller I want to share this adventure with you all. The best part is that adventures are even more incredible when you are able to share the experience with others. Lucky my next-door neighbor and forever sweet friend, Christine @page14cris shared the same adventurous spirit as me. I would come up with the craziest hikes and picture perfect places to go to and she was always up for it! Lets just say that getting to Mermaids Grotto is an adventure itself! We discovered a distinct drop-off point in a cave, which is equal parts beautiful and terrifying.
