Because the COVID-19 situation is getting worse and worse everyday, it has been a little stressfulð¢. Due to stress, my hormone balance was apparently terrible so my period was one week late! I had a longer pmsð
Now, Iâm starting to handle the situation better and thanks to working out Iâm able relieve my stress!
I really hope this COVID-19 situation would get betterð
