2020 was a year I was getting to know my body and trying out different fitness routine. My body shape changed in different ways and I was figuring out what I want.
Most important lesson I learnt was to really listen to my body, and not to be too strict. This is because I have so many old injuries that cannot cope with intense exercises and sometimes I get really hard on myself.
But here are some basics that I want to follow in order for me to achieve my fitness goal:
ðªðŒEat healthy and not to over eat
ðªðŒPriorities sleeping! And no screen at least an hour before bed time ðµ
ðªðŒStretch everyday to check body condition
ðªðŒExercise almost everyday, but when body needs a rest, have a rest.
ðªðŒCut down alcohol consumption!
ðªðŒDitch a scale – focus on how I feel not the number
ðªðŒFocus on my glutes and waist – I AM going to get my dream waist this year!
There is no right or wrong, itâs about what works and what doesnât. Fitness is about really knowing yourself, conditioning my health so that I can live the life I want. Get things done I need to do. Be active with fast growing kids and have lots of adventure. Be creative and grow my business. There are so many positive outcome by having a regular workout routine.
Self care is the key.
