What makes Okinawa a perfect destination all year around? The weather! âïž
Okinawa is the name of the main island ð but also the prefecture that covers a chain of Japanese islands found between Kyushu and Taiwan.
This really south location allows Okinawa to benefit from a semi-tropical weather: the temperature ranges from 15 to 35 degrees Celsius. The average sea ð temperature ranges from around 21 degrees Celsius in February to nearly 30 in August, making it possible to enjoy marine activities throughout the year.
The rainy season ð§ is typically between mid-May and late June. Sudden showers are common but it rarely rains all day. There is a chance of typhoons from June through September.
