On new year’s day I posted my fitness goals for this year as
-80kg Squats
-100kg Hip thrusts
-3 times pull up
-Get leaner
-Improve posture
I have reached 100kg hip thrusts pretty early so maybe this was too easy goal settingð
For squats I’ve stopped at 60kg for soooo long. Tried to lift heavier but failed so many times and I was scared to lift more than 60kg for months. Last week when I was trying with my friend I finally tried to lift 65kg. Working out with friends give me more energy and motivation. I did it. I also tried 70 and did 1rep. Today, I was training by myself I was really unsure if I could do 75 but I tried. Form needs to be a little better but I was so happy I did it! 80kg is not so farð
Having people who is passionate about working out around me, especially @___naaatsumi___ as she is my best friend, working out partner, and now competing at the contest, really helps me reaching my goals.
So thank you for every one who gives me advices, teaches me facts and motivates með
Now I know I need to focus more on my upper body to leach my 3 times pull up goal and get beautiful back muscle. (I can not even do one now lol)
Also trying to walk more and add cardio to my routine to reach my body fat goal. Slowly seeing the progress.
